PROGRAMS/IDEAS

GSWO has loads of great programs for your troop that you can access in many ways:

Whole Foods and Meijer have FREE tours/programs - check out www.fieldtripfactory.com for Meijer and give Cathy at Whole Foods a call at 513 746-7557 (She needs at least a months' notice as she is the trainer for both Cincinnati stores).   Many of our troops have toured Whole Foods and highly recommend it.

Way cool beadie buddie patterns for Girl Scouts.  Just change the colors to make them into Brownies or Cadettes!  These are from Danette's Design Crafts - a killer website.

Troop 48755 is way ahead of the game when it comes to getting those badges onto vests/sashes. When they hand out patches/badges at their meetings, one of their leaders immediately irons them on so they are not lost AND are already in position for someone to sew them on if they wish!

Troop 48930 loved their tour of the Cincinnati Mounted Police Stables.  They are located on Wooster Pike north of Beechmont Avenue.

Troop 46793 had a blast horseback riding at Camp Kern in the fall.
